Terms and conditions (updated 18.10.2020)

General

These terms and conditions apply to orders with a delivery address in Europe (other than Finland). Orders delivered to Finland are subject to the terms and conditions in Finnish.

Juokseville.fi is a marketplace for sports equipment, where products are sold by Gene Lab Solutions (VAT #: FI28440841). These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Gene Lab Solutions and its customers. Products and services provided by Gene Lab Solutions are also subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the proprietary service provider. Gene Lab Solutions reserves the right to change these delivery terms by unilateral decision without prior notice. Orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering, which are available on the juokseville.fi website.

Gene Lab Solutions and juokseville.fi are not liable for damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure means a factor over which Gene Lab Solutions or the juokseville.fi service has no influence. The customer will be notified of the force majeure without delay.

Payments

The payments are handled by Klarna. You can pay with a credit card or available local payment methods. Klarna is a secure payment method for you. Klarna forwards your payment to the merchant, Gene Lab Solutions. You can read more about paying with Klarna on https://www.klarna.com/international/.

Delivery and shipping costs

We deliver to all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, and Norway. The flat rate for shipping to all these countries (except Finland) is 9.90 €. Free shipping on orders of 75 € or more. For Finland, please see the terms and conditions in Finnish.

Delivery time

The items will be shipped as soon as possible after ordering or no later than within 3 business days. Delivery to Europe usually takes approximately 1 week, depending on the carrier. Any exceptions to delivery times will be announced separately on the website. If the ordered item is out of stock, it will be communicated to the customer by email and an estimated delivery time will be given.

Return and exchange policy

Items ordered from the online store have a 30-day exchange and return right from the order date. For example, if you want to change the size of the item or cancel the order, you must first contact us at info@juokseville.fi, after which you will receive additional instructions for the return. We will refund the full price of the item if you have notified us of your intentions and sent back the return within 30 days from the order date. The customer is responsible for the return costs. Please do not send anything to us until you have received further instructions from us. Underwear and socks must be unopened for hygiene reasons, otherwise we cannot refund the costs. Please also note that when exercising the right for exchange or return, you must always notify us first of your intentions. Failure to collect the shipment from the service point or returning it without prior notice is not valid return method in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, in which case we will charge EUR 20 as a return fee.

Trial guarantee for underpants and sports bra

In order to give you the opportunity to try out the underpants or sports bra in use and make sure they work, we grant a trial guarantee for your first order. We will refund the cost of one item if within 30 days of the order date you indicate that you are not satisfied after trying the item and want to return the underpants or sports bra back. If you have ordered several underpants or sports bra at once, first open only one of them, which is enough to ensure the right size and functionality. The trial guarantee therefore allows you to try one item in use, but after the 30-day trial period and for subsequent orders, we will not accept returns of used underpants or sports bra from the same customer. The trial guarantee only applies to underpants and sports bra. Socks are hygiene products that cannot be returned after opening the package.

Any disputes between the parties in the trade relationship will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court. Attorney's fees are not reimbursed, as advise and assistance can be seeked from the Consumer Advice and the Consumer Disputes Board.
